Half

      I will
      conceal
      half my face,
      between layers of entwined hair,
      darkly undulated
      deep in a veil of tides.

             As

      The Moon
      hides
      her own half,
      behind the obsidian night,
      where shadows prey
      winged black creatures.


            Alone in the void... I am.
